QuoHR was born from a simple frustration — existing HR tools were either too complex for growing teams or too basic to be useful. We set out to build something different.

Founded at uConnect Technologies, QuoHR started as an internal tool to manage our own growing team across multiple companies — Pine Technologies, SDA, uExel, and Macam Services.

We quickly realized that the problems we were solving — manual attendance tracking, error-prone payroll, chaotic onboarding — weren't unique to us. Every growing company in our network was struggling with the same fragmented HR processes.

So we turned our internal tool into a product. QuoHR combines attendance, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and performance management into a single platform that's genuinely easy to use — because we built it for ourselves first.
